The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains has been in force in Germany since 2023. The European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) will also come into force shortly. Companies are faced with the challenge of preparing themselves appropriately: What are the specific implications of the various national laws? How will they affect companies' business practices? What risks need to be identified and assessed, and how? Are these laws really groundbreaking for the industry? What steps can companies take now to prepare for them?
To address these questions, the Cluster for Logistics (C4L) and the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LCL) are organizing the Supply Chain Day on 18 April 2024 at the Chambre de Commerce in Luxembourg. Supply chain legislation and due diligence will be discussed in depth.
Marco Feiten, Managing Director scrioo, will give a pitch presentation on the scrioo supply chain risk and due diligence solution and take part in the panel discussion. Also participating from scrioo: Marcel Nguyen, Samantha Kohll and Levi Távora Veiga from CURE Intelligence.
You can register via the QR code or at www.c4l.lu/legislation. We look forward to meeting you there!
